Endless Potential
Organisations launching or refreshing sustainability strategy.
Gov, NGOs and development organisations designing programs for vulnerable populations.
Financial institutions and governments exploring innovative financing mechanisms.
Corporate teams embedding sustainability into operations and supply chain.
Regions and organisations navigating major economic transitions.
My name is Dinesh.
I was born into an atmospheric CO₂ of 325‑ppm world. Today we live at around 422 ppm — an atmosphere fundamentally altered by human emissions. In one lifetime, that rising concentration has shifted the baseline of our planet, driving more extreme heat, heavier rainfall and flooding, longer droughts, rising seas, and increasing disruption to food, water, and health systems — impacts that fall first and hardest on the most vulnerable.
That is why I do what I do. I work at the intersection of climate strategy, social equity, and organisational transformation. After a successful 30+ year career in big tech, I quit. Crazy? Perhaps — but if not now, then when?
I wanted to give back and make a positive impact on current and future generations, and that meant reinventing myself. So I enrolled at HEC Paris Business School, where an 18-month journey of learning and self-discovery led to my MSc in Change and Sustainability Leadership in 2025 with a thesis on Energy Poverty accessibility for the most vulnerable.
What I Learned at HEC Paris
My Global Executive Master in Management gave me five essential toolkits:
1. Strategic Frameworks
Doughnut Economics · Purpose-Mission-Strategy Alignment · 4I Strategic Renewal · Materiality Matrix · Value Equation
2. Change Leadership
Leading transformation when incentives aren't aligned · Stakeholder engagement for complex change · Moving from "responsible" to "regenerative"
3. Finance & Impact
Structuring climate finance for scale and inclusion · Innovative instruments (green bonds, social bonds, outcome-based contracts) · Measuring what matters
4. Research on Energy Poverty
Energy poverty · Inclusive finance · Social impact · Health outcomes · Just transitions
On this road, I met amazing, inspirational individuals, made lifelong friends and re-kindled my passion for purposeful impact.

My Mission
To design and implement climate solutions that don't leave vulnerable populations behind.
Climate action at scale requires speed. But speed without inclusion creates backlash, deepens inequality, and fails politically. My work ensures authentic transformation.
